Los proyectos deber\u00e1n desarrollar exclusivamente especialidades dirigidas a la obtenci\u00f3n de los Certificados de Profesionalidad completos.<\/p>\n<p>El alumnado ser\u00e1 contratado por las entidades beneficiarias utilizando exclusivamente el contrato para la formaci\u00f3n y el aprendizaje regulado en el art\u00edculo 11.2 del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2015-11430\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores<\/a>\u00a0y desarrollado por configuran como programas mixtos de empleo formaci\u00f3n que tienen por objeto cubrir las deficiencias estructurales detectadas en materia de cualificaci\u00f3n-inserci\u00f3n en la planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica del Servef, as\u00ed como la mejora de la cualificaci\u00f3n y la inserci\u00f3n profesional de los j\u00f3venes, para beneficiarse de la acci\u00f3n derivada del Sistema Nacional de Garant\u00eda Juvenil mediante la realizaci\u00f3n de proyectos de formaci\u00f3n en alternancia con el empleo, a fin de facilitar una oportunidad laboral simult\u00e1nea a la formaci\u00f3n necesaria para adquirir las competencias que aumenten la cualificaci\u00f3n-inserci\u00f3n de las personas trabajadoras formadas. Para acceder a cada uno de ellos, se tienen que cumplir algunos de estos requisitos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nivel 1<\/strong>: Sin requisitos formativos ni profesionales.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nivel 2<\/strong>: T\u00edtulo de Graduado en Educaci\u00f3n Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO), Prueba de Acceso a Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio, Certificado de profesionalidad del mismo nivel, Certificado de profesionalidad de nivel 1 de la misma familia profesional, Prueba de Acceso a la Universidad (PAU) para mayores de 25 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nivel 3<\/strong>: T\u00edtulo de Bachillerato, Certificado de profesionalidad del mismo nivel, Prueba de Acceso a Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior, Certificado de profesionalidad de nivel 2 de la misma familia profesional, Prueba de Acceso a la Universidad (PAU) para mayores de 25 y\/o 45 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Titulaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La superaci\u00f3n de m\u00f3dulos formativos o la acreditaci\u00f3n de experiencia laboral, supone la obtenci\u00f3n del certificado de profesionalidad correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salidas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los certificados de profesionalidad permitir\u00e1n acceder a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estudios no reglados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Estructura<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los certificados de profesionalidad est\u00e1n compuestos por una serie de m\u00f3dulos formativos, y un m\u00f3dulo de formaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica que se realiza preferentemente una vez terminado el resto de los m\u00f3dulos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legislaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a
